If you purchase from our website, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your items under UK consumer law.

To exercise your right to cancel, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order. Once you have notified us, you have a further 14 days to return the item(s).

Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging where possible. Customers are responsible for return postage costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 14 days of us receiving the returned item(s).

Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, please contact us within 30 days of delivery with photographs and details of the issue.

We will offer a replacement, repair, or full refund in accordance with your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

Natural Characteristics of Crystals

Please note that crystals are natural products. Variations in colour, pattern, shape, size, inclusions, and texture are normal characteristics and are not considered faults. Product photographs are provided as accurately as possible, and are some stated as a representitive of a crystal and not the actual crystal sold. Each crystal is unique.
